Originally from Rancho Cucamonga, California, Melinda Nevarez (she/her/hers) is the firm’s legal assistant and office manager. She is also a licensed public notary.
Melinda graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and earned a Masters of Arts degree in community leadership from Westminster College. Prior to joining Wharton O'Brien, she worked as a teacher for ten years.
In her free time, Melinda enjoys reading, collecting records, playing the piano, Pilates, and hip-hop appreciation. She also tutors students in reading and English.
