Jaelynn R. Jenkins (she/her/hers) is an associate attorney who grew up in Salt Lake City and South Jordan, Utah. Jaelynn's practice focuses on using the law to help clients build and protect their dreams through business and non profit law, franchising, and estate planning. Jaelynn is licensed to practice in federal and state courts in Utah.
Jaelynn graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marriage family and human relations. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she completed a United States Senate internship in Washington, D.C. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University of Law in Spokane, Washington.
Jaelynn began her career as a law clerk and bailiff in the Fourth District Court of Utah. Through her clerkship, she worked on all manner of cases including million dollar business disputes, high profile murder trials, and everything in-between.
As an invested member of the community, Jaelynn currently serves as the Chair of Repertory Dance Theater's Board of Trustees. She has also served as president of the Utah Young Lawyers Division, membership and publicity chair of the Women Lawyers of Utah, and as an ambassador for the Women's Networking Group.
Outside of the office, Jaelynn loves to support Salt Lake's many local restaurants and shops. You may find her buried in a book, visiting local art galleries, and video streaming her life away with her sister Jen and their cats, Ampersand and Apostrophe.
